El MTV Day 2009 regresa a la Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas el jueves 2 de julio. La séptima edición del evento musical que marca el inicio del verano musical madrileño contará este año con Kylie Minogue como cabeza de cartel y un artista nacional que se confirmará próximamente.
La sensualidad y el glamour de Kylie Minogue se unirán a la tradición y la raza de un enclave icónico en Madrid: la Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas. El sueño de una noche de verano, que se materializará en un concierto único de Kylie, la diva del pop. Junto a un artista nacional que se confirmará próximamente y alguna otra sorpresa, el impresionante cartel del MTV Day 2009 incendiará en su séptima edición la noche madrileña.
El MTV Day es ya una cita anual imprescindible. Pocas artistas de pop han estado en la cima durante una década, ¡qué decir de las que lo han estado durante dos! Kylie lanzó en 1987 su primer single, y veinte años, diez discos de estudio, dos en directo, ocho conciertos en DVD, un disco de Grandes Éxitos y un disco doble (Ultimate Kylie) y 50 singles de éxito después sigue siendo una de las artistas femeninas más importantes del panorama musical.
Canciones como Can´t Get You Out Of My Head, Spinning Around, Celebration, Slow, Better The Devil You Know son sólo algunos de sus éxitos mundiales. estuve en el festival do norte y me parecio increible, lo mejor de los dos dias.
El concierto va desde lo mas acustico a temas super bailables!

Wenas, mi propuesta principal es Lady Gaga, estaria genial meter su FAME BALL TOUR en el Mtv day, ella ya ha estado en España dos veces y ha arrasado, seria una gran candidata para ese día. Como ponen otras personas anteriormente, tb estoy de acuerdo que katy perry estaría genial, pero sabiendo q el 26 de junio ya actua en madrid, no se. Russian Red es de lo mejorcito como grupo nacional, me parece la mejor opción como grupo nacional. Con todos mis respetos, espero q no nos metais grupos cutres españoles famosos por canciones en series juveniles, q solo sirven de relleno barato. Hay q hacer q la Mtv España sea notable internacionalmente.
PD: Traer a Kylie Minogue se merece un gran aplauso. Gracias sois los mejores

Eso opino yo tb, son muy caras las entras y aun estamos esperando mas artistas. Buah si lady gaga viniera seria la leche, muchisima gente se apuntaria.

kylie, rihanna y gaga sería lo mas.
Considero el precio de las entradas excesivamente caro para un festival orientado a la gente joven. ¿Creéis que van a poder pagar esos precios estudiantes y demás gente que no trabaja?. El año pasado costaron 3 veces menos. Más bien es un concierto de Kylie que un evento del MTV Day y precisamente la plaza de toros de Las Ventas no es el lugar más propicio para disfrutar al máximo de un concierto de la diva australiana.
Ya sé que es tarde para rebajar los precios pero por lo menos ofrecer un buen puñado de entradas gratis para ganadores de concursos y favorecer la asistencia de gente que vive lejos de Madrid.
Estoy con lo que ha dicho Runciter. Adoro a Kylie pero el precio de las entradas es excesivo, sobre todo para los que vivimos lejos de Madrid. Espero que hagais más sorteos y promociones y que pronto anuncieis al artista o artistas invitados, porque aunque yo iría más que nada por ver de nuevo a mi cantante favorita (ya estuve el año pasado en el Palacio De Los Deportes) da la sensación de ser un concierto a medias. Me encantaría que la acompañaran Katy Perry, Soraya o Lady Gaga, como muchos dicen, pero sobre todo que hagais más sorteos y promociones. Saludos.

La verdad es que the killers no estarían mal tampoco.Aunque prefiero a petshopboys, pero estos van a estar pocos días antes en madrid actuando, así que no lo veo muy factible. No se.. alesha dixon,soraya,pussycat dolls,el sueño de morfeo.. Espero que pronto se desvele algún nombre..imagino que será nacional, pero no se quien podría ser, la verdad. No os quejeis del precio de entradas sobre todo vosotros que soys fans de kylie, del foro y demás.
Sea quien sea, que lo anuncien ya!. Y The Script, por ejemplo, serían otra opción o The Ting Tings.

Pues como todo el mundo da su opinión, yo no voy a ser menos.
Para mí un MTV Day perfecto tendría como protas también a Pet Shop Boys o Scissor Sisters (así con un poco de suerte tocarían algo juntos algo del material que tienen conjunto: sería increíble ver a Jake cantar junto a Kylie I BELIEVE IN YOU…).
De todas formas, estoy súper contento con poder disfruta de nuevo de un concierto de Kylie y sólo espero que no nos metan grupos surgidos de series (como he leído más arriba) o alguno/a de los/as fracasados/as de OT… Por favor.
pues ya podian poner.. a los demas artistas.. al final entre el precio de las entradas y q no sabemos q artistas van a ir.. NADIE IRÁ!!!
Es cierto como cometan por ahí que las entradas son caras, bastante más que las de años anteriores, además hay que tener en cuenta que es un concierto al que iremos mucha gente de fuera de Madrid por lo que hay que sumar viajes, alojamiento y comer fuera de casa (aunque sea un bocata). Como artista invitado fliparía sin fueran Pet Shop Boys pero lo veo difícil porque tienen conciertos específicos en Madrid y Barcelona, así que apuesto por Soraya y Marta Sánchez

Si son más caras que otros años, pero esque otros años han sido artistas nacionales que cantaban 3 canciones cada uno. Este año es un concierto, aunque se llame mtv day. Además que hay descuentos por muchas webs de sitios relacionados con el orgullo gay y demás. Eso si, deberían publicar quienes actuarán antes, para que vaya mas gente, ya que como kylie vino el año pasado hay quien no va a volver a pagar por ver solo a kylie aunque irian a verla.
¿Podría alguien decirme si el Mtv day de Kylie lo retransmite la MTV para poder verlo por TV?… Agradeceré que me digaís si sabeís cuando y la hora. GRACIAS.
Es un poco fuerte que a 15 días del MTVDAY no se sepa más sobre el evento.
Si las entradas para ver a Kylie en el Palacio de los Deportes tenían precios similares…no creo que veamos a más artistas de Nivel que ella misma, pues supongo que su cache no ha disminuido.
Sí es el mismo conciero que el año pasado en el Palacio…dificil más estrellonas (adecuación de escenario) así que me parece que fuera de Dj´s, no veremos gran cosa.
Fangoria tienen concierto el mismo día. Y por favor…algo de criterio ¿Pet Shop Boys? ¿The Killers? ¿Actuan gratis? No sé, lo dudo.Si una entrada para ver a The Killers costaba casi 50 euros…, vamos, no creo. Un grupo Español será, si no hay solo DJ´s, la opción más clara, y lo hará por pura promoción.
Hombre, traer a Pet Shop Boys, igual si que es un poco (bastante) descabellado, pero The Killers, sin menospreciar al grupo, tampoco creo que sean de la categoría de Kylie o los PSB. Es un poco como si comparas a Katy Perry con Britney Spears, o en un escalafon más, a Britney Spears con Madonna. De todas formas, lo que me indigna también es que se quiera hacer de esto, un evento gay, y que en muchos sitios se margine al resto de la sociedad haciendo ver esto precisamente, ¿que pasa?, ¿que los demás no podemos ir? Y lo de que todavía no se sepa el resto del cartel es bochornoso. Veremos a ver si no acaba cancelándose el concierto…No quisiera
En cuanto a lo que decía por ahí Javi, el año pasado también trajeron a Maroon 5 y no eran tan caras las entradas, que vale que tampoco podemos comparar a Maroon 5 con Kylie, pero nacionales, lo que se dice nacionales, tampoco eran.

Yo lo que no quiero es enterarme del artista invitado el día del concierto, sería muy mala imagen para la MTV.
Además dudo que vaya bien la venta de entradas, al desconocer el cartel completo de artistas la gente se lo piensa mucho, y más aún con esos precios desorbitados.
Los que ya tienen su entrada es para ver a Kylie, no a los DJs, y como siga así, sin promociones u ofertas me da que Las Ventas no se van a llenar, y eso quedará fatal para un evento tan importante que será televisado.
Ya os podeis poner las pilas porque mucha gente que no es de Madrid no puede decidirse en el último momento, por cuestiones de preparar viajes, etc…
A ver si os enterais que no se puede contar unicamente con que se llenara porque coincide con lo del orgullo gay.
Y con la pasta que cuestan las entradas os podeis permitir traer a Kate Perry o Lady GaGa, sería una pena encontrarnos con algún producto de OT metido de rebote.

yo lo que quiero es que sortee mtv un par de meet and greets, que se lo han dado al club de fans, y eso esta bien, pero la gente fan de kylie que no nos apuntamos a un club de fans que sentimos sectarios nos han dado por saco. Desde aqui hago me denuncia jejeje
Que me da la risa tía Felisa. 2 Meet and Greet que ha dado la MTV a un club de fans español compuesto por más de 200 usuarios, que están haciendo mucho por Kylie en este país y ahora va la MTV y sortea 4 para su propio club donde igual les tocan a gente que no son fans. Menudo cachondeo. Esto si que es denunciable.
Muchas gracias por lo del sorteo mtv. Es justo que todos los que somos fans de kylie podamos acceder a ello, aunque no creamos en los clubs de fans. Hay muchos fans fieles, de hace muchos años, que por distintas razons, tiempo, normativa rara y estricta de ese club, y demas no nos hemos apuntado, pero que seguramente sigamos a kylie tanto o mas como esos que quieren que por ser del club se les permita hasta entrar dos horas antes al concierto, cosa ilogica por otra parte. Asi que, muchas gracias por lo del sorto, yo ya tengo mi entrada desde el primer dia, pero intentaré conseguir el meet and greet o alguna otra cosa, que me hace mogollon de iluision. Gracias.
